Dear readers and visitors:  the PBSC website is beginning a new initiative focused on your experience and interaction with the Book of Common Prayer, called “The BCP & Me - the Book of Common Prayer in Your Life” It will take the form of a series of short narratives telling how the Book of Common Prayer has played a part in your life.

 

Maybe you’d like to tell us about your childhood impressions and interaction with the BCP, perhaps how the daily set prayers and readings assist you in your personal devotions, or just episodes from your life illustrating how the language and rich history of the BCP have held meaning for you. In any case, we want to hear from you and to showcase how the BCP has impacted your life!

 

Submissions should be 1000 words or less and sent to the webmaster with the subject line “The BCP & Me – Submission.” The PBSC reserves the right to choose what submissions will be published, however it is our best intention to publish all submissions. Please note that minor formatting and editing may occur the better to suit the online nature of the publication; however we would not substantially modify or change your work without your permission. If you do not wish your name to be published please provide a suitable pseudonym for accreditation of the work.
